# Ingredients:

→ Buffalo Chicken Filling

01 - 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
02 - 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
04 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

08 - 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
09 - 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or ranch dressing
10 - 1/2 cup celery, diced
11 - 1/4 cup red onion, diced
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Steps:

01 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until mixture is warmed through and smooth.
02 - Add the shredded chicken to the saucepan and stir to coat evenly with the buffalo sauce. Allow the mixture to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat and let cool slightly.
03 - Lay butter lettuce leaves flat on a clean work surface. Place 2 to 3 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken filling into each leaf.
04 - Top each wrap with diced celery, diced red onion, a sprinkle of crumbled blue cheese or a drizzle of ranch dressing, and chopped fresh parsley.
05 - Fold lettuce leaves around the filling and serve immediately while chilled or at room temperature.
