Buffalo Chicken Bombs Biscuits (Print Version)

Savory biscuit bombs filled with buffalo chicken, cheddar, and tangy sauce. Ideal as a snack or party bite.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
02 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
03 - 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons ranch or blue cheese dressing, optional
06 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Dough and Assembly

08 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - Blend the softened cream cheese with buffalo sauce until fully combined. Fold in the shredded chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing if using, green onions, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Separate the biscuit dough into eight pieces and flatten each into a circular disc using your hands or a rolling pin.
04 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of the buffalo chicken mixture onto the center of each biscuit. Gather the edges of the dough upward and pinch tightly to seal, enclosing the filling and forming a ball.
05 - Place the filled dough balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the surface generously with melted butter.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 18 to 22 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
07 - Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.

# Notes:

01 - For a crispier exterior, brush biscuits with additional melted butter during the last 5 minutes of baking.
