01 -
In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend ground chicken with buffalo sauce until the mixture is evenly coated.
02 -
Scoop a portion of the chicken mixture and flatten in your palm. Place a mozzarella cube and a small amount of crumbled bacon in the center. Encase filling with chicken, forming a compact ball.
03 -
Arrange flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs each in separate shallow bowls. Lightly dredge each chicken ball in flour, coat in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to cover completely.
04 -
Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet to a depth of approximately 2 inches and heat to 350°F (175°C).
05 -
Working in batches, gently lower breaded balls into the hot oil. Fry for 5 to 7 minutes, turning as needed, until uniformly golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
06 -
Remove fried bombs with a slotted spoon and drain briefly on paper towels. Serve immediately with additional buffalo sauce for dipping.
