# Ingredients:

02 - 1 cup buffalo sauce
03 - 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into cubes
04 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

→ Breading

05 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 2 large eggs, beaten
07 - 2 cups breadcrumbs

→ Seasonings

08 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
09 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

→ For Frying

12 - Vegetable oil, enough for deep frying

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend ground chicken with buffalo sauce until the mixture is evenly coated.
02 - Scoop a portion of the chicken mixture and flatten in your palm. Place a mozzarella cube and a small amount of crumbled bacon in the center. Encase filling with chicken, forming a compact ball.
03 - Arrange flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs each in separate shallow bowls. Lightly dredge each chicken ball in flour, coat in egg, then roll in breadcrumbs to cover completely.
04 - Pour vegetable oil into a deep skillet to a depth of approximately 2 inches and heat to 350°F (175°C).
05 - Working in batches, gently lower breaded balls into the hot oil. Fry for 5 to 7 minutes, turning as needed, until uniformly golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
06 - Remove fried bombs with a slotted spoon and drain briefly on paper towels. Serve immediately with additional buffalo sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - For even cheese melt, ensure the mozzarella cubes are fully encased in chicken to prevent leakage during frying.
