Bruschetta Cheese Tomato Basil (Print Version)

Creamy cheese, ripe tomatoes and basil, finished with tangy balsamic on crisp bread or chips.

# Ingredients:

→ Dip Base

01 - 1 container (6.5 ounces) Alouette cheese with herbs or other soft cheese spread such as Boursin

→ Toppings

02 - 1/2 cup tomatoes, finely chopped
03 - 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
04 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette glaze or balsamic reduction

→ For Serving

05 - Pita chips
06 - Crackers
07 - Thinly sliced baguette

# Instructions:

01 - Evenly spread the soft cheese over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving approximately 1/4 inch around the edge clean.
02 - Distribute the chopped tomatoes evenly over the surface of the cheese, followed by a layer of chopped fresh basil.
03 - Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette glaze or reduction in a back-and-forth pattern across the entire assembled dip. Use sparingly for balanced flavor.
04 - Accompany with pita chips, crackers, or thinly sliced baguette for dipping and spreading.

# Notes:

01 - Trader Joe’s balsamic glaze offers excellent consistency and flavor, but any high-quality glaze or reduction will enhance the dip.
