Brownie Bowl for Two (Print Version)

Indulge with a warm chocolate brownie bowl for two, finished with walnuts and chocolate chips.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Batter

01 - 1 ripe banana, peeled
02 - 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 2 tablespoons almond milk
04 - 2 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
05 - 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - 2/3 cup oat flour (substitute with gluten-free oats if required)

→ Mix-Ins and Toppings

08 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
09 - 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly coat a small oven-safe bowl or corningware dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In the prepared dish, mash the ripe banana thoroughly with the back of a fork until smooth.
03 - Stir vanilla extract, almond milk, and brown sugar into the mashed banana until combined.
04 - Add baking powder, cocoa powder, and oat flour to the mixture. Stir until the batter is fully blended.
05 - Gently fold in chopped walnuts. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the top of the batter.
06 - Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes. The center should remain gooey for optimal texture.
07 - Serve warm, optionally garnished with a scoop of ice cream and a drizzle of peanut butter.

# Notes:

01 - Overbaking will dry out the brownie; a slightly gooey center delivers the best result.
