03 - 1/4 cup whole milk
04 - 1/2 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
05 - 8 ounces whipped topping, thawed

# Steps:

01 - Transfer the dry brownie mix into a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for a total of 2 minutes in 30-second intervals, stirring between each cycle. Cool completely before proceeding.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric hand mixer until completely smooth and creamy.
03 - Add the cooled brownie mix and whole milk to the cream cheese. Beat until the mixture is homogenous and silky.
04 - With a spatula, gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until the dip becomes light and airy.
05 - Fold in the mini chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture. Optionally, sprinkle additional chips over the top for garnish.
