                Set oven temperature to 350°F (177°C) and allow to preheat fully.

                Arrange pork chops in a single layer inside a large, lightly oiled baking pan.

                Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar onto each pork chop. Place 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter on top of each chop.

                Evenly drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the pork chops.

                Cover pan securely with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.

                Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes or until the pork chops develop a golden-brown glaze.
