Delicious Brown Sugar Pork Chops (Print Version)

Pork chops baked in brown sugar, soy and butter, yielding juicy, flavorful results every time.

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pork chops, approximately 1 inch thick
02 - 4 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
03 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
04 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
05 - 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

# Steps:

01 - Set oven temperature to 350°F (177°C) and allow to preheat fully.
02 - Arrange pork chops in a single layer inside a large, lightly oiled baking pan.
03 - Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of brown sugar onto each pork chop. Place 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter on top of each chop.
04 - Evenly drizzle soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the pork chops.
05 - Cover pan securely with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes.
06 - Remove foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes or until the pork chops develop a golden-brown glaze.
