Broiled Lobster Creamy Garlic Butter (Print Version)

Lobster tails shined with creamy garlic butter and a cheesy, golden broiled finish.

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails, thawed if previously frozen

→ Sauce

02 - 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
04 - 0.5 cup heavy cream
05 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

→ Toppings

08 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
09 - 0.5 cup shredded Parmesan or Gruyère cheese (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise. Carefully loosen the lobster meat and lift it over the shell, keeping it attached at the base for presentation.
02 - Melt unsalted butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, salt, and freshly cracked black pepper. Simmer gently, whisking until the sauce slightly thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes.
03 - Arrange lobster tails in a baking dish. Spoon the prepared garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster meat. Sprinkle shredded Parmesan or Gruyère cheese over each if desired.
04 - Place the baking dish under the broiler set to high. Broil for 7 to 10 minutes, until the lobster meat turns opaque and the surface is golden and lightly browned.
05 - Remove lobster tails from the oven. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and an extra grinding of black pepper. Serve immediately with warm artisan bread or roasted vegetables, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal results, ensure the lobster tails are fully thawed and pat them dry before preparation.
