Brie and Bacon Omelette (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large eggs
02 - Salt and pepper to taste
03 - 3 strips streaky bacon
04 - 3 slices Brie cheese
05 - 1 teaspoon butter

# Instructions:

01 - Fry the bacon in a hot frying pan until done to your preference. Remove from the pan and slice into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Pre-heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Melt a teaspoon of butter in the hot pan and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
03 - Whisk the eggs until well combined but not too frothy. Season with salt and pepper.
04 - Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Loosen the edges from the pan with a rubber spatula as it cooks. Allow to cook until done to your preference.
05 - Add the sliced bacon and Brie to one half of the omelette, then fold the other half over. Carefully transfer to a plate and serve immediately.
