01 - 480 ml extra virgin olive oil
02 - 1 tablespoon dried basil
03 - 1 tablespoon dried parsley
04 - 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic
05 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
07 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
08 - 0.5 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary
09 - 0.5 teaspoon kosher salt
10 - 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper, or to taste
11 - 0.5 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
12 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Measure and prepare all ingredients, ensuring garlic is finely minced and Parmesan is grated.
02 - In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, dried basil, dried parsley, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried oregano, ground black pepper, crushed rosemary, salt, crushed red pepper, and lemon juice until well blended.
03 - Evenly sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the oil and herb mixture.
04 - Transfer to a shallow serving bowl or plate and serve immediately with fresh bread.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavour, allow the herb mixture to infuse in the oil for at least 30 minutes before serving.
