Blueberry Pie Bombs Treats (Print Version)

Sweet biscuit bombs bursting with blueberry filling, cream cheese, and a cinnamon-sugar finish.

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough

→ Filling

02 - 1 cup blueberry pie filling
03 - 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Coating

06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1/3 cup granulated sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
03 - Separate the biscuit dough into 8 pieces and flatten each piece into a 4-inch round using your hands.
04 - Place 1 teaspoon cream cheese filling and a spoonful of blueberry pie filling in the center of each dough round.
05 - Gather the edges of the dough around the filling and pinch firmly to seal, forming a ball. Arrange seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 16 minutes, or until the bombs are golden brown and fully cooked through.
07 - In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. While the bombs are still slightly warm, brush with melted butter and roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat each piece evenly.

# Notes:

01 - Seal each bomb well to prevent the filling from leaking during baking.
