In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, 2 cups water, sugar, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove syrup from heat. Strain through a fine mesh sieve into a measuring cup. Refrigerate syrup until cool; discard blueberry solids.

Fill a glass pitcher with 6 to 8 cups of cold water. Add tea bags and allow to steep for 5 minutes, then remove tea bags.

Pour cooled blueberry syrup into the steeped tea. Stir until well blended. Serve in glasses filled with ice.
