Blueberry Feta Flatbread (Print Version)

Sweet blueberries and tangy feta atop a crisp flatbread, finished with hot honey and fresh greens.

# Ingredients:

→ Flatbread Base

01 - 1 store-bought flatbread or naan (8 to 10 inches)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Toppings

03 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
04 - 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Finishing Touches

08 - 2 tablespoons honey
09 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
10 - Fresh arugula or basil for garnish (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Brush the surface of the flatbread lightly with olive oil and place on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Distribute blueberries evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with crumbled feta and thyme leaves if using. Season with salt and black pepper.
04 - Transfer to the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the flatbread is crisp and the cheese begins to brown.
05 - While the flatbread bakes, gently warm honey in a small saucepan or microwave. Stir in red pepper flakes to infuse heat.
06 - Drizzle hot honey over the baked flatbread. Top with arugula or basil as desired. Slice and serve immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - For a crispier base, bake directly on a hot pizza stone instead of a baking sheet.
