# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F or set air fryer to the same temperature. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or silicone molds.
02 - In a mixing bowl, mash the banana and whisk with cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, and honey or maple syrup until combined.
03 - Add oat flour or almond flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the wet mixture. Stir until the batter is smooth and cohesive.
04 - Gently fold in fresh or frozen blueberries, taking care not to crush them.
