# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - ½ teaspoon salt
04 - 1 cup white sugar
05 - ½ cup butter, softened
06 - 2 large eggs
07 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
08 - 2 ripe bananas, mashed
09 - 1 cup fresh blueberries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease 3 mini loaf pans.
02 - Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
03 - Beat sugar and butter with an electric mixer in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
04 - Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and beat in mashed bananas.
05 - Gradually add flour mixture to the wet ingredients, beating until just combined into a thick batter. Gently fold in blueberries until evenly distributed.
06 - Pour batter into the prepared loaf pans and bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
07 - Cool in the pans for 10 minutes, then transfer loaves to a wire rack to cool completely before serving.
