Biscuits & Gravy Hashbrown Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 package (16 oz) Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits
02 - 3 cups frozen shredded hash browns
03 - 1 lb pork breakfast sausage

→ Gravy

04 - 1 packet (2.75 oz) sausage flavor gravy mix
05 - 2 cups milk

→ Toppings & Seasonings

06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
09 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage while breaking it into crumbles. Drain excess grease when fully cooked.
03 - Spread the frozen hashbrowns evenly on the bottom of the greased baking dish. Distribute the cooked sausage over the hashbrowns.
04 - In a bowl, whisk together the gravy mix and milk until smooth. Pour this mixture evenly over the sausage and hashbrowns.
05 - Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly across the top of the casserole.
06 - Cut each biscuit into quarters and arrange them evenly over the cheese layer.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and cooked through. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, you can season the hash browns with salt and pepper before layering them in the dish.
