Homemade Big Mac Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Beef

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

→ For the Big Mac Sauce

06 - 1/2 cup mayo
07 - 2 Tablespoons grated onion
08 - 2 Tablespoons ketchup
09 - 1 Tablespoon pickle relish
10 - 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
11 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
12 - 1/4 teaspoon paprika

→ For the Wraps

13 - 4 6-inch flour tortillas
14 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
15 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
16 - 1/4 cup sliced onions
17 - 1/4 cup chopped pickles
18 - 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Mix mayo, grated onion, ketchup, pickle relish, yellow mustard, white vinegar, and paprika in a bowl until smooth. Cover and pop it in the fridge until you're ready to use it.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Once it's done, drain off any extra grease.
03 - Sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce over the beef and give it a good stir to mix everything together.
04 - Lay out your tortillas and load them up with lettuce, cheese, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and a quarter of the beef mixture each. Drizzle with the homemade Big Mac sauce.
05 - Fold up the tortillas like burritos. If they're feeling a bit loose, secure them with toothpicks. Enjoy while they're hot!

# Notes:

01 - These wraps pack all the flavor of a Big Mac but are easier to make at home. They're perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.
02 - For a shortcut, you can use store-bought thousand island dressing instead of making the Big Mac sauce.
03 - Try ground turkey or chicken for a healthier version.
04 - Leftover wraps keep in the fridge for up to 3 days, but they're best fresh.
05 - The sauce can be stored in the fridge for up to 10 days in an airtight container.
