01 - 2 pounds frozen tater tots
02 - 2 pounds ground beef
03 - 1 yellow onion, diced
04 - 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
05 - 1/2 cup ketchup
06 - 1/2 cup dill pickle relish
07 - 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
08 - 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
09 - Shredded lettuce, for topping

10 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
11 - 1 tablespoon onion powder
12 - 1 teaspoon salt
13 - 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange tater tots in an 11 x 13 inch baking dish and bake for 10 minutes.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with diced onion until the beef is thoroughly browned. Drain off any excess grease.
03 - Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the beef mixture. Stir in Thousand Island dressing, ketchup, and dill pickle relish until evenly blended. Fold in Velveeta cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
04 - Remove tater tots from the oven and set aside. Spoon the beef mixture evenly into the empty baking dish, then arrange tater tots in a single layer over the beef.
05 - Bake assembled dish for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, sprinkle grated sharp cheddar cheese evenly over the tater tots, and return to oven for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted, golden, and bubbly.
06 - Remove dish from oven. Top with shredded lettuce and add a drizzle of extra Thousand Island dressing if desired. Serve hot.
