Big Mac Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Rolls

01 - 12 ounces King Hawaiian rolls (1 package)

→ Special Sauce

02 - ½ cup mayonnaise
03 - 2 tablespoons French dressing
04 - 4 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
05 - 1 tablespoon minced onion
06 - 1 teaspoon white vinegar
07 - 1 teaspoon sugar
08 - ⅛ teaspoon salt

→ Sliders

09 - 2 pounds ground beef
10 - ½ onion, diced
11 - ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
12 - Black pepper to taste
13 - 6 slices cheddar cheese
14 - 1 cup sliced dill pickles
15 - 2 cups shredded lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally as one unit, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half in the prepared baking dish.
03 - In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, French dressing, pickle relish, minced onion, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Whisk until well blended to create your special sauce.
04 - Brown the ground beef with diced onion, seasoned salt, and pepper in a large skillet over medium heat until the onions are translucent. Drain any excess grease.
05 - Spread half of the special sauce on the bottom rolls, layer with half the beef mixture, cheese slices, remaining beef, pickles, and lettuce. Spread the remaining sauce on the inside of the top rolls and place them on top.
06 - Brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle with sesame seeds, cover with foil, and bake for 20 minutes. Cut into individual sliders before serving.
