# Ingredients:

→ Beef Filling

01 - 450 g lean ground beef
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Wrap

08 - 4 large flour tortillas or low-carb wraps
09 - 1 cup shredded lettuce
10 - 0.5 cup diced pickles
11 - 0.25 cup diced onions
12 - 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese

→ Big Mac Sauce

13 - 0.5 cup mayonnaise
14 - 2 tablespoons ketchup
15 - 1 tablespoon pickle relish
16 - 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
17 - 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
18 - 0.5 teaspoon smoked paprika
19 - Salt, to taste
20 - Black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and season with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook thoroughly, breaking up the meat into crumbles until fully browned. Remove from heat and keep warm.
02 - In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle relish, yellow mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth and adjust seasoning as needed.
03 - Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of sauce over the centre. Arrange shredded lettuce, diced pickles, diced onions, seasoned beef, and shredded cheddar cheese evenly in the middle.
04 - Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll tightly from the bottom to form a secure wrap. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Serve as is, or for added texture, briefly toast the wraps in a skillet until golden and crisp.
