09 - Fresh ground black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Move your oven rack to the middle and heat things up to 350°F. This helps cook everything evenly.
02 - Gently press the tortilla into an 8-inch cake pan, letting it naturally take the shape of the pan to create your quiche crust.

04 - Pour your creamy egg mixture directly into the tortilla shell, then sprinkle your chopped veggies and cheese on top.
