Berry Banana Smoothie Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries
02 - 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen (about 1 cup)
03 - ¼ cup almond milk

→ Toppings

04 - ½ Tbsp chia seeds
05 - ¼ cup granola
06 - ¼ cup fresh berries
07 - 1 ½ Tbsp peanut butter, melted

# Instructions:

01 - Add frozen mixed berries, frozen banana, and almond milk to the blender.
02 - Blend, stopping frequently to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure all ingredients reach the blade. Continue blending until the mixture reaches a thick, smooth consistency.
03 - Pour the thick smoothie into serving bowls and garnish with chia seeds, granola, fresh berries, and a drizzle of melted peanut butter. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Almond, oat, soy, or dairy milk will all work in this recipe. You can also substitute fruit juice, though the texture will be less creamy.
