Bellini Peach Raspberry Iced Tea (Print Version)

Fruity iced tea with peaches, raspberries, and a sparkling Bellini twist. Refreshing and bright for any occasion.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 litre water
02 - 4 tea bags, black, green, or peach-flavoured

→ Fruit and Sweetener

03 - 2 ripe peaches, sliced
04 - 100 grams fresh raspberries
05 - 3 tablespoons honey or simple syrup, adjust to taste
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
07 - 150 millilitres peach nectar or peach juice

→ Fizzy Finish and Garnish

08 - 500 millilitres sparkling water or club soda
09 - Ice cubes
10 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
11 - Extra peach slices and raspberries, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Bring water to a boil and steep tea bags for 5–7 minutes. Remove the tea bags and allow the tea to cool to room temperature. For intensified flavour, extend the steeping duration slightly.
02 - Blend peaches and raspberries with a small splash of water until smooth. Strain through a fine sieve for a refined texture or leave unstrained for added body.
03 - Pour cooled tea into a large jug. Stir in the peach-raspberry puree, honey or syrup, lemon juice, and peach nectar. Mix thoroughly until combined.
04 - Fill serving glasses with ice cubes. Pour the peach-raspberry tea mixture into each glass, leaving space to top with sparkling water or club soda.
05 - Top glasses with sparkling water for effervescence. Garnish with fresh mint, peach slices, and raspberries. Serve immediately while chilled.

# Notes:

01 - For a more pronounced fruit taste, allow the tea to steep a few extra minutes and adjust sweetener as needed. Peach nectar intensifies the juiciness, but peach juice can be substituted.
