Melty beef, beans, rice, cheese and crunchy chips folded in a warm tortilla for a bold, satisfying meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef
02 - 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning
03 - 1/4 cup water or beef broth
04 - 1 cup refried beans
05 - 1 1/2 cups cooked Mexican rice
06 - 4 large flour tortillas
07 - 3 1/2 ounces Fritos or Doritos corn chips

→ Toppings

08 - 1 cup cheese dip, warmed
09 - 4 ounces shredded Mexican cheese blend
10 - 1/2 cup sour cream
11 - Salsa, to serve

# Instructions:

01 - In a large sauté pan over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it into small pieces, until fully browned and no longer pink.
02 - Stir in the taco seasoning and water or beef broth. Cook for 1 minute, then fold in the refried beans. Add extra water if mixture appears too thick.
03 - Warm cooked Mexican rice as needed. Wrap flour tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds to make them pliable.
04 - Lay one warmed tortilla on a flat surface. Add several tablespoons of beef and bean mixture, then top with a portion of rice, crushed corn chips, a spoonful of warm cheese dip, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
05 - Fold tortilla sides toward the center and roll tightly from one end to enclose the filling. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
06 - Set the assembled burritos seam-side down in a dry skillet over medium heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
07 - Transfer burritos to plates and serve immediately, accompanied by salsa if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For best flavor and texture, assemble burritos just before serving to preserve the crispness of the corn chips.
