Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.

Lay each tortilla flat and evenly layer with cooked rice, seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced red onions.

Fold each tortilla tightly around the fillings. Place burritos seam-side down in a dry skillet and toast over medium heat until golden and cheese has melted.
