Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito (Print Version)

Melted cheddar and beef with rice, creamy queso, and crisp veggies in a toasted flour tortilla.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning
03 - 1/3 cup water
04 - 1 cup cooked rice

→ Fillings

05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce or queso
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
09 - 1/3 cup diced tomatoes
10 - 1/4 cup diced red onions

→ Wrap

11 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Steps:

01 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks, until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess grease.
02 - Add taco seasoning and water to the beef. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing flavors to develop and mixture to thicken.
03 - Warm flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and flexible.
04 - Lay each tortilla flat and evenly layer with cooked rice, seasoned beef, cheddar cheese, nacho cheese sauce, sour cream, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and diced red onions.
05 - Fold each tortilla tightly around the fillings. Place burritos seam-side down in a dry skillet and toast over medium heat until golden and cheese has melted.
06 - Serve hot, accompanied by extra sour cream or salsa if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure tortillas are warm and pliable before filling to prevent tearing during assembly.
