Savor beef, fries, and cheese draped in a toasted tortilla for a warming comfort food classic.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 1 pound ground beef or thinly sliced steak
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning or equivalent homemade blend
03 - 3 cups frozen French fries or freshly cut fries
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 1/2 cup whole milk
07 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Sour cream
09 - Hot sauce
10 - Guacamole
11 - Pico de gallo

# Steps:

01 - Place a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef or thinly sliced steak and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Cook, breaking up large pieces and stirring occasionally, until browned and slightly crispy.
02 - Cook French fries according to package instructions using an oven, air fryer, or deep fryer. Immediately season with salt while hot for enhanced flavor.
03 - Combine shredded cheddar, Monterey Jack, and milk in a saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until the cheese mixture melts into a smooth, creamy sauce.
04 - On each flour tortilla, evenly layer cooked beef, a portion of fries, and generously drizzle with cheese sauce. Top with sour cream, hot sauce, guacamole, or pico de gallo if desired.
05 - Fold each tortilla into a burrito, tucking in the edges securely. Place seam-side down in a heated skillet and toast 1 to 2 minutes per side, until the wrap is golden and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the cheese sauce is stirred constantly and kept on low heat to prevent separation and achieve a velvety consistency.
