Beefy Cheesy Fries Burrito Wrap (Print Version)

Juicy beef, crispy fries, and silky cheese sauce tucked in a toasted tortilla make a filling meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef or thinly sliced steak
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade spice blend
03 - 3 cups frozen French fries or freshly cut fries
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
05 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
06 - 1/2 cup whole milk
07 - 4 large flour tortillas

→ Optional Toppings

08 - Sour cream
09 - Hot sauce
10 - Guacamole
11 - Pico de gallo

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef or sliced steak and cook, breaking apart the meat. Add taco seasoning and thoroughly combine. Continue cooking until browned and slightly crispy. Remove from heat.
02 - Cook French fries using an oven, air fryer, or deep fryer according to package or preferred method. While hot, immediately season with salt.
03 - In a saucepan, combine shredded cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and milk. Place over medium-low heat, stirring constantly until cheese is completely melted and the sauce is smooth.
04 - Lay a flour tortilla flat. Evenly layer cooked beef, a portion of hot fries, and generous drizzle of warm cheese sauce in the center. Add any desired optional toppings.
05 - Fold the sides of each tortilla over the fillings, then roll tightly into a burrito shape. Place each seam side down on a hot skillet and toast for 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden brown and slightly crisp.

# Notes:

01 - To ensure a crispy exterior, lightly press the burrito with a spatula while toasting.
