Beef Stuffed Shells Delight (Print Version)

Jumbo pasta shells stuffed with ricotta, smothered in beef marinara and topped with melty mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

# Ingredients:

→ Pasta

01 - 12 jumbo pasta shells

→ Proteins

02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 egg

→ Dairy

04 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
05 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

→ Sauces & Seasonings

07 - 1 cup marinara sauce
08 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
09 - Salt to taste
10 - Pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and allow to cool.
02 - In a skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat and mix in the marinara sauce. Remove from heat.
03 - In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a creamy filling.
04 - Fill each cooked pasta shell with the ricotta mixture. Arrange the filled shells in a baking dish.
05 - Top the filled shells with the beef and marinara sauce mixture. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
06 - Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, allow the dish to rest for 5 minutes before serving to help the flavors settle.
