Savory marinated beef air fried to chewy, satisfying perfection for a protein-rich snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 pound beef sirloin tip steak, thinly sliced

→ Marinade

02 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
03 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
04 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

# Instructions:

01 - Using a sharp knife, cut the beef sirloin tip steak across the grain into strips approximately 1/4 inch thick for optimal tenderness.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until the sugar is mostly dissolved.
03 - Add the sliced beef strips to the marinade, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
04 - Set the air fryer temperature to 180°F and allow it to preheat fully before cooking.
05 - Place the marinated beef strips in a single layer in the air fryer basket with no overlapping for even drying.
06 - Air fry for 2 to 3 hours, flipping the strips halfway through the process, until the jerky is dry yet remains slightly pliable.
07 - Transfer the finished beef jerky to a wire rack to cool completely, then store in an airtight container at room temperature.

# Notes:

01 - Uniform slicing ensures the jerky dries evenly and achieves the best texture.
