Combine shredded chicken and barbecue sauce in a large bowl until evenly coated.

Place one tortilla in a clean skillet over low to medium heat.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese onto half of the tortilla, spoon barbecue chicken mixture over the cheese, then top with additional cheese.

Fold the tortilla over the filling, press gently, and cook until the bottom turns golden brown. Flip and toast the other side until both are crisp and the cheese is melted.

Repeat assembling and cooking with remaining tortillas. Serve the quesadillas immediately while warm.
