# Ingredients:

01 - 13.8 ounces refrigerated pizza dough

02 - 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
03 - 3/4 cup prepared barbecue sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
05 - 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning blend
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced and lightly sautéed (optional)

11 - 1 large egg, beaten

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or dust with cornmeal.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, unroll the refrigerated pizza dough.
03 - In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken with melted butter and barbecue sauce until evenly coated.
04 - Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border along one long side. Evenly top with cheddar, mozzarella, and pepper jack cheeses. Scatter sautéed onions if using.
05 - Fold the filled edge over about 2 inches, then fold in the sides and roll tightly into a log. Pinch the seams and ends to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Brush the top with beaten egg, then sprinkle grated Parmesan and Italian seasoning over the surface.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil if used and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp.
