BBQ Bacon Ranch BLT Sandwich (Print Version)

Crispy bacon, BBQ glaze, cheddar, ranch, tomato, and lettuce create a deliciously classic sandwich.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 6 slices thick-cut bacon
02 - 2 sandwich buns, split and toasted

→ Sauces and Dressings

03 - 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons ranch dressing

→ Dairy and Cheese

05 - 4 slices cheddar cheese

→ Vegetables

06 - 4 slices fresh tomato
07 - 1 cup shredded lettuce

# Steps:

01 - Arrange bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until nearly crisp.
02 - Brush both sides of the cooked bacon with barbecue sauce. Continue cooking for 1 to 2 minutes, flipping once, until the bacon is glossy and lightly caramelized. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels.
03 - Place sandwich buns, cut side down, in a skillet with a small amount of butter or under a broiler. Toast until the insides are golden and lightly crisped.
04 - Lay one slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of each bun and broil for 1 to 2 minutes, just until cheese is melted and bubbling.
05 - On the bottom bun, layer melted cheese, three strips of BBQ bacon, two tomato slices, and a generous portion of shredded lettuce. Drizzle ranch dressing over the vegetables.
06 - Cover with the top bun. Serve immediately, offering additional ranch or barbecue sauce on the side for dipping if desired.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispness, allow the bacon to drain thoroughly after glazing before assembling the sandwich.
