Bring a large stock pot of water to a boil and salt generously. Cook spaghetti or linguine until al dente, following package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, and sriracha until smooth. Reserve for later use.

In a large bowl, combine shrimp with minced garlic, paprika, salt, and onion powder. Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Arrange shrimp in a single layer. Cook 2–3 minutes per side until nearly opaque.

Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet with the shrimp. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens and shrimp are fully cooked.

Toss the drained pasta with the shrimp and sauce mixture. Plate and garnish with chopped parsley as desired.
