Banana Pudding Tacos Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Taco Shells

01 - 8 to 10 small flour tortillas (street taco size)
02 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar
04 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Banana Pudding Filling

05 - 1 box (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix
06 - 1 1/2 cups cold whole milk
07 - 1 cup heavy cream, whipped to soft peaks, or 1 cup prepared whipped topping
08 - 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
09 - 1/2 cup crushed vanilla wafers

→ Toppings

10 - Additional whipped cream
11 - Banana slices
12 - Mini vanilla wafers
13 - Caramel sauce (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter. Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl and sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the tortillas. Drape the tortillas over the bars of the oven rack to form a taco shape, placing a baking sheet below to catch any drips. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until the shells are golden brown and crisp. Carefully remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before filling.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk the instant vanilla pudding mix with the cold milk until smooth and thickened. Gently fold in the whipped cream or prepared whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy. Stir in the crushed vanilla wafers.
03 - Spoon the banana pudding filling into each cooled taco shell. Add a layer of sliced bananas. Top with additional whipped cream. Garnish with banana slices, mini vanilla wafers, and a drizzle of caramel sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
