Banana Pudding Rice Krispies (Print Version)

Layered bars combine banana pudding, Rice Krispies, and whipped cream for a sweet delight.

# Ingredients:

→ Base Layer

01 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
02 - 10 ounces mini marshmallows
03 - 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

→ Banana Cream Layer

04 - 1 package instant banana pudding mix
05 - 2 cups cold whole milk
06 - 2 ripe bananas, thinly sliced
07 - 1 cup whipped cream
08 - Honey, for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat, then add mini marshmallows and stir until fully melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
02 - Add Rice Krispies cereal to the melted marshmallow and mix until cereal is thoroughly coated.
03 - Transfer cereal mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Use a buttered spatula or wax paper to press evenly. Allow to cool completely at room temperature.
04 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together instant banana pudding mix and cold milk until thickened and smooth.
05 - Evenly spread prepared banana pudding over the cooled Rice Krispies layer in the pan.
06 - Arrange sliced ripe bananas evenly across the banana pudding layer.
07 - Spread whipped cream smoothly over the layer of bananas.
08 - Drizzle honey generously over the surface before serving.

01 - Press the cereal layer firmly and evenly to ensure the base holds its shape when slicing.
