Banana Donut Holes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 1 ripe banana
02 - ¾ cup self-rising flour (95 grams)
03 - 1 tablespoon avocado oil or coconut oil, plus extra for brushing

→ Coating

04 - Cinnamon sugar (granulated sugar mixed with cinnamon to taste)
05 - Non-stick cooking spray (preferably avocado oil)

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mash the ripe banana completely. Add the self-rising flour and mix with a spatula or fork until combined.
02 - Once the mixture becomes crumbly, use your hands to work it into a smooth (but slightly sticky inside) dough ball. Mix just until formed and do not overmix.
03 - Divide the dough into 7 equal portions. Lightly oil your hands and roll each piece into a small ball.
04 - Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Arrange the donut holes with space between each to prevent sticking.
05 - Cook in the air fryer at 177°C (350°F) for 6 minutes until golden brown.
06 - While still warm, lightly brush each donut hole with oil and roll in cinnamon sugar mixture to coat completely.
07 - Serve immediately while warm for best texture and flavor.

# Notes:

01 - These donut holes are best enjoyed fresh from the air fryer while still warm.
