Banana Cream Iced Latte (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Banana Cream

01 - 2 frozen bananas
02 - 1¼ cups (300 mL) barista oat milk
03 - 1 cup (111 g) ice cubes
04 - 2 Medjool dates, pits removed
05 - 1½ tsp (7 mL) pure vanilla extract
06 - ¼ tsp ground cinnamon

→ Assembly

07 - 1 cup (111 g) ice cubes
08 - 1 cup (240 mL) brewed espresso

# Instructions:

01 - Combine frozen bananas, barista oat milk, ice cubes, pitted Medjool dates, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Divide the ice cubes between serving glasses, then pour the brewed espresso over the ice.
03 - Pour the banana cream mixture over the espresso. Stir gently to partially combine the layers and serve immediately.
