07 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1 cup plain breadcrumbs

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
02 - Combine sliced zucchini, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Toss until zucchini is evenly coated.
03 - Arrange the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
