# Ingredients:

01 - 3 medium zucchini, sliced
02 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - Salt, to taste
05 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Cheese and Topping

06 - 4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
07 - 1.75 ounces Parmesan cheese, grated
08 - 3.5 ounces breadcrumbs

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or coat with non-stick spray.
02 - Place sliced zucchini in a large mixing bowl. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat.
03 - Spread the seasoned zucchini slices evenly in the prepared baking dish.
04 - Evenly sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan over the zucchini. Cover with breadcrumbs to form a crisp topping.
05 - Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until zucchini is tender and the topping is golden brown.
06 - Remove from oven and allow to cool for several minutes before serving.
