Halve pears lengthwise, scoop out the cores, and trim bases if necessary to allow pears to sit flat.

Brush cut sides of the pear halves with melted butter and place in the prepared dish, cut side up.

Evenly fill pear cavities with mixed berries, toasted walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese.

Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until pears are tender and golden brown.

Remove from oven, garnish with fresh thyme if desired, and serve warm, spooning pan juices over the top.
