# Ingredients:

01 - 3 ripe Bosc or Bartlett pears, halved and cored
02 - 1/2 cup fresh mixed berries, such as blueberries, raspberries, or cranberries

→ Dairy

03 - 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese or gorgonzola
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Nuts and Sweetener

05 - 1/4 cup chopped walnuts, lightly toasted
06 - 2 tablespoons honey

→ Spices and Garnish

07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
08 - Fresh thyme leaves, optional for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or grease lightly.
02 - Halve pears lengthwise, scoop out the cores, and trim bases if necessary to allow pears to sit flat.
03 - Brush cut sides of the pear halves with melted butter and place in the prepared dish, cut side up.
04 - Evenly fill pear cavities with mixed berries, toasted walnuts, and crumbled blue cheese.
05 - Drizzle honey over the pears and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
06 - Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until pears are tender and golden brown.
