Baked Ham Cheese Mozzarella Sticks (Print Version)

Crispy eggrolls filled with melted mozzarella and honey ham for a delicious, savory bite.

# Ingredients:

01 - 12 egg roll wrappers, 7 inches each
02 - 12 slices honey ham, thinly sliced
03 - 12 mozzarella string cheese sticks

→ For Brushing and Seasoning

04 - Olive oil, for brushing
05 - Garlic salt, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.
02 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
03 - Lay one egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Center a slice of honey ham on the wrapper, then place a mozzarella stick on top of the ham. Fold the sides of the wrapper inward over the cheese, then roll tightly to form a cylinder. Set the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all pieces.
04 - Brush each rolled stick lightly with olive oil and evenly sprinkle with garlic salt.
05 - Place the sticks in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Monitor closely, as baking times may vary.
06 - Remove the sticks from the oven, turn each one over, and return to bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until both sides are browned.
07 - Serve the baked mozzarella sticks warm, accompanied by your preferred dipping sauce.
