Set the oven to 350°F (175°C) to preheat.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Lay one egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Center a slice of honey ham on the wrapper, then place a mozzarella stick on top of the ham. Fold the sides of the wrapper inward over the cheese, then roll tightly to form a cylinder. Set the roll seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat for all pieces.

Brush each rolled stick lightly with olive oil and evenly sprinkle with garlic salt.

Place the sticks in the preheated oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Monitor closely, as baking times may vary.

Remove the sticks from the oven, turn each one over, and return to bake an additional 4 to 5 minutes, or until both sides are browned.

Serve the baked mozzarella sticks warm, accompanied by your preferred dipping sauce.
