01 - 4 medium chicken breasts
02 - 2 teaspoons olive oil

03 - 1 teaspoon paprika
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

→ Toppings

08 - 1 cup pickled pepper rings
09 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
10 - 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
11 - Finely chopped parsley, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
02 - Place chicken breasts in the prepared dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season both sides with salt, paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
03 - Arrange pickled pepper rings over the chicken. Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella and pepper jack cheese on top.
04 - Bake uncovered for 20 to 25 minutes, until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and cheese is melted and golden.
05 - Remove from oven. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and serve immediately.
