01 - 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, 6–7 ounces each

02 - 1 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
03 - 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - Salt
09 - Black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x12-inch or 3-quart casserole dish with cooking spray.
02 - In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, shredded cheddar cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese.
03 - Melt the unsalted butter. Stir in onion powder and garlic powder. Pour into a separate shallow dish.
04 - Season chicken breasts with salt and black pepper. Coat each breast in the butter mixture on all sides.
05 - Press each chicken breast into the breadcrumb and cheese mixture, ensuring an even coating. Place chicken in the prepared casserole dish.
06 - Sprinkle any remaining breadcrumbs over the chicken and press gently. Drizzle any leftover butter mixture on top.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 35–45 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
