Baja Sauce for Tacos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce Base

01 - 120ml mayonnaise
02 - 180ml sour cream

→ Cheese & Flavorings

03 - 80g cotija cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)

→ Seasonings

07 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
09 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin
10 - Salt to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, crumbled cotija cheese, lime juice, honey, hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin until smooth and well combined.
02 - Adjust seasoning with salt and additional hot sauce according to your heat preference.
03 - Transfer to a serving bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.

01 - This creamy Baja sauce pairs perfectly with fish tacos, but also works great as a dip for vegetables or a spread for sandwiches.
