# Ingredients:

01 - 12 large jalapeno peppers
02 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 12 slices of bacon
05 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
06 - 1/4 tsp onion powder
07 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
02 - Halve the jalapenos lengthwise and carefully remove the seeds.
03 - In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
04 - Stuff the jalapeno halves with the cheese mixture evenly.
05 - Wrap each stuffed jalapeno half with half a slice of bacon. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
06 - Place the bacon-wrapped jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
07 - Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness, if desired.
08 - Let the jalapeno poppers cool slightly before serving.
