Bacon Wrapped Asparagus Bites (Print Version)

01 - 18 spears asparagus, trimmed
02 - 6 slices bacon, thinly sliced
03 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
04 - 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1/2 teaspoon pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 200C/400F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Divide the asparagus into bundles of three. Wrap a slice of bacon around each bundle then place them on the baking sheet. Brush with the melted butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
03 - Bake the bacon-wrapped asparagus for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.
04 - Remove the asparagus from the oven and brush with balsamic vinegar.

# Notes:

01 - To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
02 - To freeze, cool completely, then transfer to a ziplock bag and store in the freezer for up to 6 months.
03 - To reheat, use a microwave, air fryer, or preheated oven.
