Bacon Mac Cheese Wrap (Print Version)

Cheesy bacon macaroni and beef filling rolled in warm flour tortillas with lettuce.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 4.2 ounces cooked bacon, crumbled
03 - 8 ounces cooked elbow macaroni, drained
04 - 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese

→ Wrap

05 - 4 large flour tortillas
06 - Lettuce leaves, as desired

# Steps:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, stirring frequently, until no pink remains and beef is evenly browned, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat and remove from heat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the hot beef, crumbled bacon, cooked macaroni, and shredded cheddar cheese. Gently fold the mixture until ingredients are evenly incorporated and cheese begins to melt.
03 - Place each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the filling mixture into the center. Add lettuce leaves if desired. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to secure the filling.
04 - Cut each wrap in half on the diagonal using a sharp knife and serve immediately while warm.

# Notes:

01 - Wraps are best enjoyed fresh to ensure cheese remains melty and the tortilla soft. For meal prep, keep filling and tortillas separate until ready to serve.
