# Ingredients:

→ Cheese Mixture

01 - 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
02 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
03 - 1/2 cup minced chives
04 - 1 cup jalapeños, finely diced, seeds removed
05 - 2 cups cooked bacon, finely crumbled, with portion reserved for coating
06 - 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
07 - 1/2 medium red onion, minced
08 - 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced chives, diced jalapeños, crumbled cooked bacon, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, minced red onion, cayenne pepper, and ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly incorporated and the mixture is fluffy.
02 - Spread the reserved bacon crumbles on a shallow plate to use for coating the cheese balls.
03 - Portion the cheese mixture using a cookie scoop or spoon. Roll each portion into a smooth, uniform ball.
04 - Roll each cheese ball in the reserved bacon crumbles, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
05 - Place the coated cheese balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow them to firm up and develop flavor. Serve chilled, accompanied by crackers, pita chips, or fresh vegetable sticks.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to create a smooth texture when blending with other ingredients.
02 - For milder flavor, reduce or omit the cayenne pepper as needed.
