Crispy tater tots filled with cheeseburger bacon filling and layered with melted cheddar and mozzarella.

# Ingredients:

→ Cheeseburger Filling

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 1/4 cup diced onions
04 - 1/4 cup ketchup
05 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
06 - 1/4 cup yellow mustard
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Crispy Cones and Cheese

09 - 24 frozen tater tots
10 - 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until thoroughly browned, then drain excess fat. Add crumbled bacon, diced onions, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season generously with salt and black pepper. Stir until fully combined, then remove from heat.
02 - Using a small knife or spoon, gently hollow out each tater tot to form a cone shape, ensuring the structure remains intact for filling.
03 - Stuff each tater tot cone with the prepared cheeseburger mixture. Press gently to ensure each cone is fully packed, then top each with shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - Arrange filled tater tot cones on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 425°F for 15 to 20 minutes, until tater tots are golden and cheddar cheese is melted.
05 - Combine mozzarella cheese with any remaining cheeseburger mixture. Remove baked cones from oven and distribute this mixture generously over each cone.
06 - Return cones to oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese topping is bubbly and golden brown. Serve immediately while hot and gooey.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, allow baked cones to cool for one minute before serving to prevent burns from the molten cheese.
