Preheat oven to 425°F. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until thoroughly browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Stir in crumbled beef bacon and add diced onions. Pour in ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard. Season mixture with salt and black pepper. Blend all ingredients well and remove from heat.

Using a small knife or spoon, carefully hollow out the center of each tater tot to form a cone shape, ensuring not to break the outer shell. Gently fill each hollowed tater tot with the beef bacon cheeseburger mixture.

Arrange the filled tater tots on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over each filled cone. Bake in the oven for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tater tots are golden.
